Fees for Non NHS Work

Non-NHS work may be considered for completion if the GP feels this will not impact the NHS work.

Any GP letter for patients will take 30 days to process and the fee is £65.00

Vaccination certificates, private prescriptions, private sick notes, holiday insurance form/certificates, holiday cancellation/curtailment, basic insurance report, comprehensive clinical report with examination, power of attorney and court of protection letters will be considered on an individual basis and prices will be available on request.

The practice does not do firearm license, HGV or any other driving medical.

There may be a charge for other work which is not listed above. Please check at reception for the correct fee. All of the above are completed at the GP’s discretion and we refuse the right to decline any private work. All reports/letters will take 30 working days from payment.
